Support, advisory and coaching for local public authorities on public procurement and public property management

IDU provided support, advisory services and coaching to local public authorities to strengthen the capacity of civil servants in public procurement and public property management. Activities included training sessions, individualised consultancy, and the development of practical tools for the efficient management of local public assets.
