Specialisations: Public Administration, Planning and Territorial Arrangement. Certificate in planning, civil construction and urbanism.

Relevant experience: March–October 2004 — Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and Territorial Development of the Republic of Moldova; 2001–2004 — Deputy Prime Minister for Ecology, Construction and Territorial Development of the Republic of Moldova; August–December 2001 — Assistant Head of the State Inspectorate for Construction of the Republic of Moldova.

Specialisations: Studies in political science and strategic planning. Experience in facilitating the development and updating of strategic plans for 30 localities under the USAID project “Reform of Local Public Authorities”. Facilitation of strategic plan development and updating for over 10 localities under the MSIF2 project “Community Development in Small Towns”. Participation as a trainer in the training of facilitators in strategic planning for non-profit organisations.

Specialisations: Strategic Management and Public Finance Management. Relevant experience: participation in implementing the project “Implementation of Performance-Based Budgeting” within the operations of Local Public Administrations in Bălți, Florești and Ungheni. Experience in teaching training courses on the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of financial management policies at central and local level.
