Provision of consultancy services to support target LPAs in strengthening their capacities to plan, budget, implement, monitor and evaluate in an efficient manner, LOT 2 (Central Region) and LOT 3 (South Region)

The goal of the project is to contribute effectively to improve the ability of the targeted Local Public Administrations from Moldova Central Region and South Region – 42 localities, in partnership with civil society, communities, private sector, service providers, to plan, implement and monitor their strategic plans and improve local public service delivery to secure positive change in area of local development, human rights, tackling social exclusion and ensuring gender equality.

The following activities are performed within the project’s framework:

1. Up-date Capacity Assessment Methodology
2. Establish Local Participatory Framework for project implementation
3. Conduct capacity assessments
4. Design Capacity Development Plans
5. Assistance in soft projects elaboration and implementation.
