The following activities were unfolded within the project’s framework:
- Analysis of organizational framework of the Local Public Administration (LPA) in managing the housing fund and
- Assessment of institutional and financial capacities of the APHOs and selecting the APHOs’ partner;
- Work out efficient mechanisms of funding the APHOs
- Monitor the implementation and dissemination of project results.
