Provide capacity assessment of the functional capacities of LPAs from Soldanesti rayon, Soldanesti town and rural communities: Salcia, Cobilea, Poiana, Gauzeni and Parcani
Assist Local Governments from Soldanesti rayon, Soldanesti town and rural communities: Salcia, Cobilea, Poiana, Gauzeni and Parcani to elaborate and implement in a participatory way the Capacity Development Action Plans to be better able to perform functions related to planning and budgeting, address the human security issues of human trafficking and domestic violence and to provide basic services for on the risk categories people.
Create and agree with created Participatory Councils on the proposed process steps, clarify responsibilities and tasks.
Identify needs to perform functions related to planning, budgeting, service delivery and transparent monitoring and evaluation of local development process.
Provide technical and financial assistance for the implementation of one priority need of targeted LPAs from the Capacity Development Action Plans and one priority from the newly elaborated Social-economic Development Strategies.
